SOLD VERY SCARCE JAPANESE WW2 DWM MODEL 1922 PISTOL AND JAPANESE MILITARY HOLSTER….NICE!

This is a very rare and scarce Japanese WW2 Issued DWM Model 1922 Pistol.  This is a very early production gun serial number 705.  These pistols were made by DWM in 1922/23 as a more ergonomic and improved version of the FN model 1910.  Few were ever made and most of these ended up being sold on the Japanese market to Army Officers.  Today, they are rarely encountered and most often in a Japanese WW2 context.  There was a 1922 version with wooden grips and a more common 1923 variation with plastic grips but very few were ever made and they are rarely encountered.  We have had less than 5 in nearly 30 years.  This is a real find!.
