SOLD VERY SCARCE GERMAN WW2 ISSUED WW1 BUTCHER BLADE BAYONET WITH 1941 DATED FROG

In excellent condition, we have a very scarce WW2 re-issued WW1 Butcher blade bayonet that is sitting in a new 1941 dated and maker marked (Franz Brehme,Walsrode, 1941) Butcher blade bayonet frog.  Just to be clear on this point; this is not a standard 98k bayonet frog, this is a special made extra wide frog for the larger Butcher Blade bayonet.  These bayonets were widely issued during the early part of the war, especially to the SS and the Police units.  This is a great find with a rarely seen frog.
