VERY DESIRABLE MOSCHETTO MODELLO “BALILLA” 1940 FRATELLI GRAZIAN, VERONA….FASCIST YOUTH BLANK FIRING CARBINE….SOOOOO CUTE!!!!

This is just beyond cute!  We have one of the most desirable variants of the Italian Fascist Youth carbines, a 1940 production Fratelli Grazian, Verona Blank Firing Carbine.  The Balilla Carbine is indistinguishable from a full size Model 1891 Calvary Carbine and is made of the finest materials which make it the most sought after of these diminutive carbines.  The receiver is marked with the crest of the GIL (Gioventù Italianna del Littorio) The Fascist Youth organization for youths from 6 to 12 years old.  This organization was akin to the Hitler Youth and the boy scouts and these little boys & girls would march around in their little fascist outfits with these cute little guns.  The new book “The Model 1891 Carcano Rifle” by Giovanni Chegia & Alberto Simonelli is a must have to learn more about these little gems.
