Description
In excellent combat carried condition, we have a great example of the iconic US World War II M1 Garand rifle. This rifle was Made at Springfield Armory in May of 1943 well into peak wartime production and is 100% factory original and correct. It bears the highly sought after acceptance cartouche of Earl McFarland, the scarcest of the WW2 inspectors. The bore is in mint condition and the throat erosion is at 2 which indicates it used but not abused. If you are looking for a very collectible example of a WW2 Garand rifle then this is exactly what you want as this rifle could be the poster boy for the legendary G.I. rifle.
