US WW2 COLT COMMANDO .38 SPEC. REVOLVER UN-ISSUED….NEW CONDITION STILL IN STORAGE GREASE…..ALABAMA NATIONAL GUARD GUN

We have a mint new still in the cosmoline US WW2 Issued Colt Commando 4 inch .38 spec. Revolver That is a documented WW2 Army shipment to the Alabama National Guard.  This revolver was shipped to the  Alabama National Guard in 1943 during the height of the war, to replace the Colt M1911 pistols that were returned to the Army.  This revolver US Army flaming bomb proofed and GHD inspected.  If you are looking for a Commando for your collection this is a great example.  This is a real find for the US WW2 pistol collector.
