SOLD SCARCE EARLY NAZI FN TANGENT SIGHT HIGH POWER… WaA613 PROOFED JAN, 1940……CORRECT MAG….SHARP!

In 97% very sharp condition, we have an extremely attractive example of a December, 1940 production WaA613 Waffenamted FN High Power Pistol manufactured very early during the Nazi occupation of the FN Factory in Herstal Belgium.  This pistol bears the early WaA613  Waffenamt which makes it a highly desirable variant.  This is one of the first run of pistols that were made without the stock slot.  The pistol is all matching and has a mint bore and still has the original very rare WaA613 marked mag.  These pistols were made largely out of parts on hand at the factory at the time of it’s capture, you will notice the pre war pinkish red painted pre war grips were still being used on this pistol.  This is a top collector grade example and would fit in any serious collection.  The FN HI Power was widely issued to the Waffen SS and there are many photographs of it being used by them in action.  Due to the flawless function and the high capacity 13 round mag magazine this was one of the most sought after and highly prized weapons by the combat soldiers of both sides. Early WaA613 pistols are not easy to find this nice; most are found in pretty ratty condition as they were all in use by front line troops.
