SOLD RARE LATE WAR 5TH CONTRACT JANUARY 1945 PRODUCTION INLAND M1 CARBINE…..MINT CRISP

In mint sharp condition, we have a very scarce and seldom seen January 1945 production 5th contract block Inland M1 Carbine. These carbines are scarce because at the time almost all of Inland’s production capabilities were devoted turning out full auto M2 carbines.  This is one of the few WW2 manufactured carbines to have the adjustable rear sight and the bayonet lug.  Although these started to show up in early 1945, very few actually made it far enough into the supply chain to have see combat.  Collectors have always found this late variant very difficult to locate and we are glad we can offer it to you.
