in mint all matching condition, we have an extremely rare legitimate textbook example SS issued bnz 43 coded SSZZA4 new depot built SS K98k Rifle.  This is the “Late Build”  variation, assembled out of new parts and a bnz43 coded receiver.  You will not that the receiver parts are all acid etched  which is a trait of these rifles, also the “K above Skull” on the lower keel of the stock and the large external number on the upper keel.  Everything about this extremely rare rifle conforms to the information contained in volume IIB of the Karem and Steves Book, Karabiner 98k on pages 751-756.    Genuine SS issued rifles are certainly the most sought after of 98k rifles and there are 10 fakes out there for every genuine example.  This example is the standard of authenticity and  these SSZZA4 Rifles are among the rarest and most sought after SS rifles.
