In 98% mint crisp exceptionally immaculate condition we have an unbeatable museum grade example of a Nazi production Waffenamted Astra 600 pistol. This is an early production example that was delivered to the Germans on May 16, 1944 less than a month before the Normandy Invasion. This pistol is fully rigged out with the correct hard to find dkk44 holster and a spare mag. This would certainly be a prime example of this somewhat hard to find German issued pistol. Only 10,000 were delivered to the German forces before they were cut off from Spain and they are not easy to locate, especially fully rigged out as is this fine example.
This pistol is from the collection of the renowned actor James Earl Jones, who has been an avid firearms collector most of his life. It includes an actual signed letter from him authenticating it as part of his extensive collection of military firearms.
