Certainly one of the finest Winchester made carbines that we have handled in nearly 30 years in the trade, we have a fantastic Winchester M1 Carbine that was manufactured in Early May, 1943. It still has the checkered safety and the bull nose handguard, but we are past the time of the I-cut stock usage. It also has a mint khaki sling as well. If you like your carbines mint crisp and almost un-issued this is a prime example from one of the two prime contractors. You will not find a finer example.
