SOLD US WW2 COLT 1911A1 U.S. ARMY PISTOL ….DEC 1944….LATE WAR PRODUCTION MINT CRISP!

In 99% mint crisp un-issued condition, we have a nearly new example of a very late war, Nov/Dec, 1944 production Colt 1911a1 US Army Service Pistol.  This pistol is 100% factory original as is left Colts.  It was shipped to Springfield Armory in January, 1945.  This is a top condition example of Colt’s later war production with the Parko Lubrite finish.  Quality control was a bit slipshod by this time due to the pressures of war but this example is very crisply marked and well executed.  If you are looking for a nice WW2 colt this would be a top example for any collector.
