In excellent condition, we have an original 25 x 38 inches unbacked 1944 Community War Funds Poster entitled “He’s up to his neck, too……..But He’s Giving”.  This very desirable poster was done by an unknown artist.   Especially poignant with all of the hurricanes that we have recently been hit with.
