Description

In excellent all matching condition, we have a very crisp example of a 1941 Husqvarna manufactured M38 Swedish Service Rifle in 6.5×55.  This is the short rifle that replaced the M96 Service Rifle and would be comparable to the other short rifles fielded by the European powers of the era. These rifles have attracted the attention of serious collectors recently and they are very hard to find this nice.  While Sweden was not an active combatant during the war, Sweden did supply arms and volunteers to Fight with the Finns against the Russians.
