SOLD MINT CRISP ANTIQUE 1895 CHILEAN MAUSER ALL MATCHING AND STILL IN THE COSMOLINE!..NON IMPORT MARKED
$995.00
Out of stock
In mint crisp all matching condition, we have Museum grade example of a 7m/m Chilean model 1895 Mauser rifle. This has a mint bore, is probably un-fired and is all matching down to even the numbered cleaning rod. The European walnut stock has a lot of tiger stripe figure in it as well. This was one of the earlier Mauser rifles brought into the country back in the 1950’s or early 1960’s and it is not import marked. You would look long and hard to find a better example. The really neat thing is that this rifle does qualify per ATF guidlines as an antique, it was made right before the cut-off point, so no C&R is required for purchase. This rifle would make a stupendous wall hanger or shooter, or you could even use it to re-inact the famous Chilean/Bolivian Fruit War of 1899.
