M-7 Very Rare Rock Island 1906 dated M-1903 Springfield Rifle Trials Bayonet

This is an exceptionally rare Early Pre Production 1906 dated Rock Island arsenal made trials bayonet for the 1903 Springfield rifle.  This is the bayonet that replaced that useless rod contraption. You will notice that this is a very early pre-production trials bayonet as it does not have a serial number. It has the original  very early 1906 dated scabbard too!  This is a must have US bayonet!
