SOLD 1944 GERMAN WW2 G.43 SEMI-AUTO RIFLE……DUV 44 CODE BERLIN-LUBECKER……..VERY SHARP EXAMPLE!

In excellent all matching condition, we have a very fine example of a 1944 production DUV coded Berlin-Lubecker manufactured G.43 Semi-Auto Service Rifle.  This is top example with all of the cartouches still quite visible on the stock and no cracks in the hand guard.  This is a early to mid 1944 production rifle that was a vet brought back war trophy that came out of the woodwork in Hawaii some 7 or so years ago.  It also still has the original sling as well.  This is a great example of the rifle that came to late to make a real difference in the outcome of the war.  I would hate to imagine the outcome if they had fielded this in 1939; it would have made a huge difference at least in the casualty count.  If you are looking for a really nice example of a G.43 this is a great choice.
