Description

This is an extremely tough rifle to locate in matching condition, and you rarely ever see the bayonets either.  In very good all matching condition, we have a 1918 dated Norwegian M1912 Krag Jorgensen Carbine.  These were made in the 6.5×55 caliber, the same as used by Sweden.    This comes with a scarce and hard to find matching bayonet as well.  The bore is strong but a tad dark.  This was the standard Norwegian Army Service Rifle and the outbreak of WW2 many were captured and reissued by the Germans and some were fielded by the Norwegian Resistance as well.  After WW2 The Norwegians forces adopted American small arms and these rifles were withdrawn from service.  Today they are difficult to locate and you hardly ever see them this original.
