US WW2 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY M1 GARAND…..EARLY APRIL, 1942…100% ORIGINAL…….VERY SHARP…..NOT LEND LEASE!!!

In combat carried very sharp 100% factory original condition we have a very rare April,1942 production M1 Garand Service Rifle.  This is not a British lend lease rifle but a straight up US Army issued Service rifle.  Finding a Garand this early and not Brit proofed is an extreme rarity.  Almost all of the early production was lost in the war or rebuilt afterwards.    This rifle is in the original early war configuration with the early GHS cartouche.  The Sight seal is even still intact on the front sight. This is just a spectacular example of the type of Garand that our forces would have carried at the outbreak of the war were they fortunate enough to be issued one.   If you are a serious collector of WW2 rifles and do not have an early production Garand, this is a must have rifle.
