In excellent condition we have one of the rarest variants of the M1 Carbine, the late WW2 Inland T3 Nighttime Sniper Rifle. It may be hard to imagine that such technology even existed in the WW2 era, but these weapons saw actual combat use on Okinawa where they were used to great effect in dealing with nighttime infiltration of Japanese soldiers into the American lines. These heavy cumbersome setups were used more in the defensive role in static positions and were not meant for any serious offensive operations. More nimble equipment would be used in Korea and especially Vietnam. Finding an example as complete as this is not an easy thing to do, most of these were junked out and you just never see them this complete. If you collect carbines or US sniper rifles this is a very important piece for you collection and they never come up for sale.
