SOLD RARE bcd 41 K98k RIFLE…….DEPOT BUILT AT KASSEL…….ALL MATCHING…..MINT AND BEAUTIFUL!!! PRIVATE RESERVE STOCK
$3,250.00
Out of stock
This rifle is out of my private reserve collection, I have owned it since the early 1990’s it was a 29th division vet bringback from France that came out of Bedford, VA. In mint sharp condition, we have an extremely rare totally matching depot built K98k rifle. The receiver is coded bcd 41 but has no Gustloff-Werke e/749 inspection proofs. It was assembled in 1942-43 and it is completely matching with a mint bore. The depot marking is partially obscured but it appears to be “Kal 6″ which is the depot at Kassel. While many rifles were reworked and repaired at this facility, this rifle clearly is a newly built example, indeed with the solid walnut 280 coded stock it is an extremely attractive rifle. This is a piece that will be of extreme interest to any serious German Rifle collector.
