Straight out of the woodwork…..This is a MINT TOP CONDITION completely double matched rare early 1943 production Japanese Nagoya Arsenal Type 2 Paratrooper Takedown Rifle. The rifle is matching double numbered, the rifle serial number 3192 and the takedown assembly number of 931. Of course the Imperial crest is intact, and the chrome lined bore is mint, and as it is early production it has the complete anti-aircraft sight. This is a totally as issued textbook example of the famous and highly collectible Japanese Type 2 Rifle. . This comes with a very rare Unit marked quick detachable sling.
The best thing about this rifle is that is comes with a well known and documented unit marked sling that places this rifle with the 1st Parachute Group in Borneo, one of the most prestigious units in the Japanese Army. The sling alone is worthy at least $500.00
