SOLD. NAZI FN TANGENT SIGHT HI POWER EARLY WaA103 PROOFED…..FULL RIG WITH CAPTURE PAPERS…..PROBABLE SS USE!

In 95% very decent condition, we have an extremely desirable  example of a 1940-41 production FN Tangent Sight High Power Pistol manufactured under Nazi occupation of the FN Factory in Herstal Belgium.  This pistol bears the early WaA103  Waffenamt which makes it a highly desirable variant.  The pistol is all matching and has a mint bore. This pistol is fully rigged out with a very scarce  Pre-War Estonian Hi Power holster that has been modified to accept a spate mag. Both mags are WaA103 Proofed and likely factory original.  This Also comes with the original Bringback papers and other ownership documentation that tracks the gun back to Michigan after the war.  The way this pistol was carried in an Estonian Holster almost difinively id’s this as likely SS or Einsatzgruppe Issue, as they operated in this area early in the war.    These tangent sight early Nazi pistols were made largely out of parts on hand at the factory at the time of it’s capture.  These tangent sighted variants are very scarce and are highly sought after by collectors.  This is a top collector grade example and would fit in any serious collection.  The FN HI Power was widely issued to the SS and there are many photographs of it being used by them in action.  Due to the flawless function and the high capacity 13 round mag magazine this was one of the most sought after and highly prized weapons by the combat soldiers of both sides. A rig like this still with the unusual holster and the capture papers is a truly unique and important artifact of WW2.
