Is it simply the fact that you collect what draws you in visually then you find out more about it after? For us, we primarily deal in military firearms from the first half of the 20th century, with a focus on both World Wars. Being history buffs, the weapons and accessories from this era are exciting to us and we love to find out the stories behind them. Let’s dive into some history. “World War I began in 1914, after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, and lasted until 1918. During the conflict, Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire (the Central Powers) fought against Great Britain, France, Russia, Italy, Romania, Japan and the United States (the Allied Powers).
