Description
In excellent all matching condition, we have a very rare Sako straight stock Finnish M/39 Rifle. When production of these rifles began in 1941, the Sako Factory did not have equipment installed to make the pistol grip stock these rifles are well known for. The very first initial production Sako made rifles were assembled with straight stocks. It is estimated that only 6,000 or so were assembled with these stocks and they are extremely scarce and highly sought after by collectors. This would be a top condition matching example that would be the pride of any advanced Finnish or WW2 rifle collector.
