SOLD MATCHED PAIR OF SWISS 1850’S TARGET PISTOLS…. WW2 GI WAR BOOTY

In excellent condition we have a pair of Swiss made target pistols that were produced during the 1850’s.  They are marked Müller and were made in Bern.  They are of excellent quality and reflect the very tasteful and understated class that Swiss weapons of the period are known for.  The barrels are made of Damascus steel and are microgroove rifled for supreme accuracy.  The bores are in excellent condition.  They are around 45 caliber.  While not our normal line of business, these are nice weapons and we wanted our clients to be aware that they are available.  If you can find a period case for them, the value would be increased by many times over what we are selling them for.  The only thing we know is that they were said to have been looted out of a house in Germany at the end of the war.
